How can I order online?
You can shop by product category using the menu bar at the top of the Menu. Click on the image to go to the product details page for specific information and available sizes for the selected item.
Note: prices are stated in euros, including 21% VAT. MY COAT does not charge shipping costs for the standard shipments within the Netherlands. For the shipments to other countries within EU, check the Shipping information page.
To place a product in your shopping basket, select the size (if applicable) and click on ‘Add to Cart’. Click on ‘View Cart’ to view the items in your shopping cart. You can delete articles by clicking on ‘Delete’. Click ‘Checkout’ if you want to buy the item.
Finish your order. New customers must register. Fill out all fields. If you have already registered with us, please sign in with your email address and the password you have created for the account. Select the desired payment method. Payment is possible by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), iDeal via internet banking and Paypal.
Are my personal details treated confidentially?
Personal details are treated confidentially and are not sold or rented out. To register with MY COAT we need your name, email address and phone number. To process your online order we need your billing address, shipping address and payment details. If necessary, this information is shared with a payment partner to check your order.
A size is not in stock, what should I do?
Please send us a mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see if the product can be ordered for you. Delivery might take 2-3 weeks.
Is it possible to fit the coat before buying it?
As a temporary service, the fitting of the coats is available. Please dorp us a mail to: email@example.com to make an appointment for the fitting session.

Is the payment process safe?
All sensitive and credit card information you provide is processed via the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts your information before it is sent to us. This way the information is protected against unauthorized use.

Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes if my order is shipped outside the EU?
Import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply to the international shipments outside the EU. These are levied when the package reaches the country of destination and falls under the responsibility of the recipient.
MY COAT delivers all the orders within the Netherlands free of charge with a standard service.These orders are shipped with PostNL or DHL. For the shipping rates outside the Netherlands and the expected delivery times, see Shipping Information page.

I have ordered or received a wrong size or a product. What shall I do?
If you have received a wrong size or wrong product, please send an email to email@example.com. Our customer service will take care of this.
Can I exchange a product for another one?
You can exchange the product for another one if the product is in stock and you return it to us within 14 days. The exchange of the products does not entail extra costs for the first time. We send the swapped item to you for free. For every subsequent return and exchange within the same order, shipping costs will be charged. If the amount is higher than the original order, you will receive an additional invoice. If the amount is lower than the original order, you will get your money back.
How can I get my money back for returned products?
We will return the amount to your credit card or to your bank account.
When can I get my money back for the returned products?
There might be a few days between the receipt of the returned products and the time you will get your money back. The reimbursement will take place within a period of maximum 14 days. Please note that the shipping costs are not refunded.
